SPRING HAS SPRUNG!

Mia wakes with eager eyes, for spring has now begun.
She runs outside to smell the blooms and see what spring has sprung.
She stops to pick a posy, but sees one peculiar thing:
“This flower doesn’t have a stem; this flower has...a spring!”
She looks around, “They ALL have springs! What is going on?”
The daisies and the daffodils are bouncing off the lawn!
Gardens all go missing as the flowers start to flee.
The neighbors stare in disbelief at what there is to see...
Chrysanthemums in crosswalks, snapdragons in the street,
Begonias bounce from left to right - it’s like they’ve all grown feet!
Honeysuckles hopping, jasmine jumping in the air,
Lillies leaping through the town without a single care.
Boing! They go, to and fro, right before her eyes.
A floral frenzy everywhere - a splendid spring surprise!
